How Our Process Works
At Ready Assembly Pros, we provide reliable furniture assembly throughout the Phoenix Metro area, including Scottsdale, Tempe, Gilbert, Chandler, Avondale, Peoria, Buckeye, Anthem, San Tan, Apache Junction, and Sun City. We assemble items from Wayfair, IKEA, Walmart, and more—beds, dressers, entertainment centers, indoor and outdoor furniture, playhouses, cabanas, sports tables, vanity tables, small and large desks, chairs, and full corporate office setups.

Choose your preferred date and time.
Enter your contact information and full assembly location address.
Once your request is submitted, your spot is held while we confirm the details.
2. Confirmation and Payment
A Ready Assembly Pros representative will contact you to confirm:
The product(s) you need assembled (Wayfair, IKEA, Walmart, office furniture, etc.)
The type of space (home, apartment, office, corporate location)
Any special instructions (stairs, elevators, tight spaces, parking notes)
We will then secure payment before the service is started to finalize your appointment.

3. Appointment Reminder and Preparation
Cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment: No cancellation fee.
Cancel within 24 hours of your appointment: $15.00 cancellation fee.
Cancel on the same day as your appointment: $25.00 cancellation fee.
Our assemblers will send a text notification 24 hours before your appointment time.
This message is to:
Confirm your scheduled time
Verify that your item(s) have been delivered
Make sure all parts and pieces are present and not visibly damaged
To prepare for your appointment, please:
Ensure all pets are put away in a separate area for everyone’s safety.
Clear enough floor space for us to unpack and assemble your items.
Have all boxes and parts in the room where you want the item assembled (especially for heavier pieces like entertainment centers, bed frames, and office desks).
Your assembler will arrive within the scheduled appointment window.
We set up a clean, organized work area and assemble your furniture according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
We handle everything from small chairs and vanity tables to larger items like playhouses, cabanas, outdoor sets, and corporate office desks and chairs.
Please note:
We do not remove or haul away packaging or trash, but we will keep the product building area clean and tidy before we leave.
5. Our Service Standards & Right to Reschedule
We aim to complete every assembly on time, safely, and to your satisfaction. However, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel your assembly at any time if:
There are safety concerns at the location.
Required parts are missing, broken, or incorrect.
Site conditions prevent us from completing the work as scheduled (no access, severe clutter, unsafe environment, etc.).
If rescheduling is needed, we will contact you promptly to discuss options and get you back on the calendar as soon as possible.
